I was really skeptical about the product as my hair has gotten dry over the years and no matter what I have used, it remains frizzy and dry. I have coarse hair.

I gave these bars a try and initially I didn't think much of it but as I learned to trial with it for eg. I have been leaving the conditioner on my hair. I use the conditioner bar after the shampoo bar. I only give it a quick rinse without washing away the conditioner entirely. That has worked for me and my colored hair still looks good now. I am going to try the rice protein shampoo and conditioner in the coming days and I hope I love it too.

I started with the rice water protein which is amazing, then I did some research and decided to try the rosemary and the caster oil, and i absolutely love them both. My hair is finally regrowing after having stress, kids, and an adverse medication reaction. I am so excited!!! Hopefully I will eventually get my full thickness back (which has never been much as I have thin fine hair) but every little bit counts!

This combo is literally meant for my hair. I usually never have bad/frizzy/dry hair, but one time I was sick and could not get out of bed to shower. Then, when I recovered, I noticed my hair look awful. So I bought this combo because I saw it on TikTok, and once I was done with my shower, my hair looked even shinier and healthier than before. Define toy recommend this to anyone, even a baldy! 😀

I am a hairstylist and own an in home salon. Back in July of 2024 I had septic shock and almost died. All of my organs shut down, I lost 3/4 of my hair due to residuals from this- what was left was crispy and thin- it was awful!On Black Friday I saw an ad for Kitsch products, and decided, what do I have to lose?The dermatologist was trying to put me on minoxidil ( but i was refusing due to the many side effects). I placed my Kitsch order- It came SUPER QUICK- started with the Rosemary and Biotin Shampoo and conditioner- noticed a difference in a DAY!!!It was so easy to use- i bought the bags- you get them wet rub it together, lather up- paint it on, and rub it in… rinse and repeat the same with the conditioner(the conditioner doesn’t lather but is more slippery). With in 3 WEEKS- 3 WEEKS all of my clients were noticing it- my hair is FULLER! It was no longer falling out in handfuls!!No longer crispy and brittle- My clients are raving about how nice it looks! I started using Kitsch bars in my salon and with in the first 2 days had 4 referrals, plus a couple clients purchase at Target and a few on Amazon (for quick Xmas gifts).Everyone was loving how soft and full shiny and manageable their hair was! I’ve been struggling with showering and washing my hair for a long time, it has always felt like it straight up doesn’t properly clean until I’ve gone over with shampoo 3-4 times. I have really thick or densely populated (I’m not sure) hair. With this set I’ll go over my hair with shampoo once, or twice for good measure, even though honestly sometimes twice feels like too much, and I’ll condition my hair, and it’s all so smooth, and I actually FEEL clean. My hair stays soft and voluminous for actual days afterwards, while with bottle shampoo & conditioner my scalp would be absolutely greasy, and my hair would get almost frizzy in a way, it would be so unorganized and lay in weird spots idk how to explain it. Now it takes at least an extra day before that happens. It used to be my hair looks clean for one day and then I wake up the next morning, it’s fine, by nighttime it’s gross. Now my hair is squeaky clean and soft for at least the day I wash it and the next day. And then it might get more greasy as the third day goes on.

Also I just love having them in bar form, I don’t have to mess with the lids like with plastic, I can just put it down, and work my magic, and there is an entire dedicated spot to have the bar soaps (cause I got the self-draining soap dish) so I don’t have to fight the other bottles on the rack to be able to put it down again. I love the shampoo. I saw it online and did a lot of research before I decided to buy it and I am so glad I bought the Rosemary & Biotin. My hair is very thin very straight and lays very flat to my head. The first time I use the shampoo I noticed a little difference. My hair did look a little fuller. It wasn’t so frizzy and I had a really nice shine to it. I normally wash my hair every day because it gets so oily but with this shampoo I can go almost 3 days before I have to wash my hair. It still looks good. It still looks full and I just love it. I’ve been using this shampoo for two weeks now and the difference is unbelievable. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of how my hair looked before I started, but I but I didn’t. My friends and family have noticed a big difference with my hair. I wish I would’ve found this shampoo years ago, but I’m glad I found it now. Excellent product excellent price you can’t go wrong with this. This shampoo tops all the others that they have! Once been using Kitsch for about a year now and this is the first shampoo I've used that I haven't had to wash my hair the next day, or the next! Day three of not washing my hair and I do not have bed head, an oily scalp or hair! Day three my hair was still so full of life, bouncy, and after one wash my hair was so thick I didn't know what to do with it lol. I have very thin straight hair that's flat to my head with breakage at the end, and a week using this shampoo I did not have breakage and had salon quality hair. The scent is stronger than all their other bars, and with me being sensitive to fragrance- I LOVE IT. That third day after sweating and playing in the dirt I could still smell the fabulous smell of the shampoo! I recommend this to everyone!!

Overall I am very happy with this product. The first time I used it my hair felt softer and thicker, and was a little shinier than usual. The shampoo/conditioner has a good lather and I really like the lavender vanilla scent. My only con may only apply to my hair type but I’ll give the caveat just in case your hair is similar. If you have experienced protein overload or buildup with products such as rice protein or bond repair products, you may notice a buildup in your hair with this if you use it too often. I found I can only use this once or twice a week. If I use it more my hair feels a little weighed down. However, when I use it once a week it gives me really amazing results such as extra volume and shine. This is the perfect product to add in a few times a week to your routine!
