Amazing! I ordered 3 items and when they arrived, I found that they had sent me one wrong item. I was a little annoyed and jhaving had such bad experiences with customer service in the past, I hesitated to even contact them. But I did, and I’m happy to tell you that it was probably the best experience I’ve had with customer service. Certainly the best I’ve had in years! So don’t worry about ordering from this company, they are amazing! And, I loved their products and prices too!

I recently went from mid-back length hair to collarbone length. I found most of my claw clips didn’t work as well anymore. Luckily I had just ordered this one. It was perfect! It holds my hair securely and looks cute, not overwhelming my lesser amount of hair. So pleased!

Extremely comfortable! I was one of those people who would never consider leaving the house wearing a claw clip…until I tried this one! Its sleek design is discreet enough to allow me to pull up all of my long hair without looking like I gave up on my hair for the day. It provides a contemporary style for a daytime (or nighttime) look!

Really love these clips and they feel so secure in my thick hair! I would not recommend it for super long hair past the shoulder blades as it might break or not be as secure, if you have thin hair though it might be ok. I have thick top of shoulder length hair and they are perfect but take a minute to properly secure due to my haircut. My hair will weigh more the longer it gets and i will have to switch to a different claw clip to accommodate its needed support (the large claw clips kitsch have will work perfectly as I have them too). Hope this helps anyone with thick hair! (P.s. i have thick wavy hair with ringlets underneath and waves on top).

these claw clips are the most elegant design I’ve seen for putting your hair up ~ they are stylish, attractive and well made~ they look better in profile than most claw clips which can look kind of ordinary or clumpy .. - not these ! what a great design !

I bought and used several Kitch claw clips for hair and these are my favorite ones. The work well holding my hair up without pulling my hair or being too tight like having a ponytail. I get shoulder aches working in front of computers and using these clips relieve my shoulders.
