What i like about this conditioner bag is that it is sturdy. Having a label "conditioner" makes it very useful not to get confused with your bars but beng strong to hold the bar and helps to lather the bars are a plus!

I have to admit that I was very skeptical about trying this, especially because I have very thick coarse hair. I don't think I'll go back to regular shampoo or conditioner at this point. The only downside is that it's way too expensive for how much you get. If I wash my hair more than once a week I don't think I would be able to afford to use it all the time. Lucky for me I only wash my hair once a week! This leaves my hair soooo soft!!

The bags are the best. As the bars get mostly used they can crumble a bit. I placed a new bar with the pieces in the bag and they meld into each other and I get to use the whole thing. All the bars I have tried are great. The shampoos, conditioners and body products are fantastic and I love placing my little box into my recycling.

To be honest I had no idea a tool like a scalp exfoliator existed. I read about the product and realized it just makes sense and could only be a good thing. I am glad I own one now. I use the exfoliator after aplying conditioner and it feels great! Even on days I don't wash my hair I use it just to stimulate my scalp. It is like a rejuvinating head massage and my scalp never feels dry after. Totally recommend.

I was skeptic regarding this soap style shampoo and conditioner, but I had no need to been. This product is wonderful. My hair feels so different after my old bottle shampoo . My hair feel light and not weigh down, by product. It last longer between washes and in all I am very impressed, so much so I have ordered another couple of bars. The scalp brush is my new favorite accessory from Kitsch! Reminds me of getting my hair washed & scalp massaged when I go to salon. Scalp feels light, I guess is the best way to describe it. I have long, thick hair & zero issues with the item getting tangled in my hair.
One last thing, this item has been a game changer for me! Because I have multiple sclerosis and have lost feeling in both my hands, it makes it extremely difficult to feel & scrub my scalp when washing it with my Kitsch shampoo. But with exfoliator, I am able to hold onto it using the knob between my fingers & thus letting the item do all the work. I love it!
