How do I earn points?
You can earn points in a variety of ways! Points are earned by making purchases, following us on our social media sites, submitting product reviews, referring friends and more! The more points you earn, the higher your loyalty tier, which unlocks even more rewards and benefits.
How do I redeem my rewards?
It’s easy! Just make sure you’re logged into your Kitsch account. Then, scroll Beauty Perks section to view your available rewards. Choose the one you want, apply your unique code at checkout, and add the qualifying item to your cart.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you make a return, the points you earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.
Do my points expire?
Yes! To ensure your points don't expire, be sure to complete an activity (like adding your birthday or placing an order) within 12 months.
How long do I qualify for each tier?
At Kitsch, you keep your tier status for a full year—or until you level up to the next one!
Do subscription orders qualify for reward loyalty points?
Yes! You'll earn points on every subscription order (and save 10%!).
